Staybridge Suites Port Arthur by IHG

I stayed here for a month during my work assignment to near by site. Location is very convenient, near by to grocery store and other stores. Rooms are very clean, breakfast has limited spread, but it was good. And the most important is, staff is very friendly. They help you with settle down things. Lovish particularly helped me a lot. He helped with payment issues. He even helped me with near by restaurants, and attractions. thank you Lovish for your kind help and making my stay more pleasurable.

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip, and my experience was truly excellent. The property is modern, spotless, and very welcoming, with spacious and well maintained rooms. All the services provided were top notch, and the staff was consistently professional and attentive. I would like to give a special mention to Lovish, who was outstanding throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to their work. Truly impressive! I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I will definitely return.

READ THIS !! I write posts for consumers benefit. It's been a while since I posted about any of my hotel stays. But, this one is an exception. The Staybridge Suites in Port Arthur, Texas is absolutely the best hotel I visited in Port Arthur. My family is in Port Arthur, and I'm always looking for a great hotel to stay in. The staff there are very respectful, very professional, the atmosphere is great. The rooms were so clean and smelled amazing. Check in was easy and the front desk staff iare so nice, and I almost forgot about the wonderful breakfast that is prepared there. This is the place to stay at when you visit family, friends, or relatives. Just want to Thank all of you at Staybridge in Port Arthur for your hospitality

This place is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are beautifully clean. Everything feels brand new and kept up well. The air conditioners are extremely cold so if you're someone who likes to sleep cold like I do, you're going to love it. The room layout is also nice because you can watch TV from any angle and see the TV from the restroom mirror. The only thing that was kind of strange is the shower glass door does not exist on one side and the idea is you just step into it and get out when you're done. At first I felt like they forgot to put it on when they built the place but this seems intentional. Water could get on the floor a little bit if you walked away too much or were splashing, but it worked fine. There is tons of space and even a kitchen area. The refrigerator is recessed into the wall so it doesn't take up a lot of room in the space you have. Overall 10/10, I'll be staying here every time I come to town.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was sparkling clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Beatriz went above and beyond she was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at home. T hanks to her and the wonderful staff, my stay was truly perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back! I GIVE 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND.

I only needed to stay one night, but had an enjoyable time. Staff was very friendly. The evening reception was much better than those I have experienced at similar hotels in other hotel chains as there was a bigger variety of food. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was the tea selection at breakfast. I cannot drink caffeine, and there were no herbal/caffeine free tea selections.

The room was new and comfortable. My only complaint (1 star off) is that the staff was extremely insistent on check-out: a housekeeper knocked 5 minutes early despite the hanger, and they followed up with a call to the room demanding we leave. This lack of a 5-minute grace period was unprofessional, especially since we had a child and drove a long distance.

Went for the chamber event. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. The staff was attentive and very friendly. I definitely want to have a staycation there.
